緒言
Purtscher病（以下P病）の範疇に入ると見なされる興味ある1例を経験したので症例報告と同時にその発生機転等について検討を加えてみたいと思う。
A case of Purtscher's disease from the com-pression of the chest and neck of a child was reported.
A differential diagnosis from fat emboli and so on was pointed out in this paper.
Even the table of W.G. Marr for Purtscher's disease is incomplete, it seems the most useful one to make the differential diagnosis from the other diseases.
