I．はじめに

　麻疹羅患による視神経網膜炎または急性脈絡膜炎の報告は，後述するように，わが国では今までに3症例しか報告されていない。したがつて，まず稀有な合併症と考えてよいのではないかと思われる。われわれは最近その定形的な症例を経験したが，文献にとどめておくという意味でも心要と考えたので，ここに報告する。

Occurrence of acute bilateral neuro-retinocho-roiditis accompanied by measles is reported. A 3-year-old girl complained of acute impairment of vision with night blindness 3 days afteronset of measles. The tentative diagnosis of "retinitis" was given. The patient visited the clinic of the authors on the 8th day after the onset of visual complaints. Ophthalmoscopy revealed the presence of yellowish turbidity of the ocular fundus, extreme narrowing of retinal vessels, papillitis and vitreous opacity. Systemic therapy with corticosteroids, cyanocobalamin and vasodilators was initiated.
