平面平行ガラスを用いる眼底の立体撮影について

Stereo-Fundusphotography by Means of a Plano Lens

I．緒言

　眼底は平面でないから，これを立体写真でみることはたんに教育的であるということにとどまらず，診断上にも大きな意味のあることである。

　眼底立体撮影の歴史は古くThorner （1909）にさかのぼる。しかし，これが実用化されたのは比較的近年のことで，Allen （1964），Donaldson（1965）の業績に負うものが多い。しかしこれらはただ撮影方法を記するにとどまり，理論的考察の何もなされていないのはたいへん遺憾なことである。よつてわれわれはこれを幾何光学的に考察し，最大立体効果を得る方法，これによる眼底の立体計測法，さらに眼底等高線図作製法などについて報告してきた次第である。

An adapter for mounting a plano lens in front of the Olympus fundus camera was described. With this lens properly positioned, stereo-fun-dusphotographs were taken by simply rotating the lens the proper number of degrees.

The relation between the angle of the rotationand the amount of parallel movement of the axis of the ray is shown by the following equ-ation.

X=d･sinα(1-cosα/√n²-sinα)

X : the amount of parallel movement of the axis of the ray

a: the angle of the rotation

n: the index of refraction of the plano lens

d: the thickness of the lens
