Studies were made on the incidence of posi-tive cases in Diurnal Variation Test of the ocu-lar tension among the cases negative in Suda-Test. The value of the ocular tension was de-vided into the following three groups ; A (25 to 20mmHg), B (18 to 14 mmHg) and C (13 mm Hg).

1. Generally, this incidence is almost equal in three groups in females while the incidence is small in C-group in males.

2. In C-group, this incidence is larger in fe-males than in males.

3. In myopia of - 6 D, too, this incidence is larger in females than in males.
