- Abstract 文献概要
潜伏眼振は，通常両眼開放時には定型的な眼振がないが，1眼を遮蔽すると，急速相が非遮蔽眼の方向に向かう衝動性の眼振が発現してくるものである。この潜伏眼振は，同じく1眼を遮蔽すると遮蔽眼が上転する交代性上斜位としばしば合併する。
交代性上斜位162名のうち120名に潜伏眼振の合併が認められた。この120名の潜伏眼振について，臨床的観察および電気眼振図検査の結果について報告したい。
During the course of clinical study of 162 cases with alternating hyperphoria, latent ny-stagmus proved to be present as a concomitant condition in 120 cases. The frequency of the nystagmus was between 2 to 4 cycles per se-cond in the majority of cases. Four types were distinguished in the latent nystagmus according to the clinical and electronystagmographical findings. It was further found that the latent nystagmus is frequently the cause of poor bi-nocular function and poor monocular visual ac-uity whenever it is associated with horizontal squint.
