- Abstract 文献概要
I．緒言
特発性網膜剥離の発生原因として，網膜裂孔を認めることは，すでに常識となつている。また，今までの数多くの報告によれば，網膜裂孔の大部分は赤道部およびさらに周辺部に発生していたことが述べられている。
著者は今回，綱膜剥離患者の周辺部網膜を細隙灯顕微鏡にて観察したのでここに報告する。
The peripheral fundus of eyes of patients with retinal detachment were investigated mi-nutely using slit-lamp microscope (Haag-Streit 900), Goldmann's three mirror contact glass and contact prisms of author's own device.
The materials of study consisted of 119 eyes of patients in total, i. e. 58 eyes with preopera-tive retinal detachment, 15 eyes with surgically reattached retina and 46 undiseased fellow eyes of the eyes with retinal detachment.
