1．全身血圧：眼底血圧（MAX）について

　ECG （—）群と，心肥大・冠硬化のECG （＋）群についてBPとCAPを見ると，ECG （—）群に比べてECG（＋）群は値がやや高いが僅少の差である。CAP値はECG （—）群のNon-Ret （74mmHg）に比べて，心肥大のNon-Retは79mmHg，冠硬化のNon-Retは84.4mmHgであり，ECG （—）群のRetの71mmHgに比べ心肥大は74mmHg，冠硬化は85mmHgである。BP値も同様の関係にあるが，値としては問題がない。

Measurements of the central arterial pre-ssure of the retina (CAP) were undertaken to find its possible correlation with the sys-temic blood pressure and the ECG status.

1) The mean value of blood pressure and the systolic CAP level was slightly higher in cases with coronary sclerosis than in those without. The blood pressure and CAP did not surpass 150 mmHg and 85mmHg respectively.

2) In cases with abnormal ECG findings, only the retinopathics with ventricular hy-pertrophy showed diastolic CAP value of over 48.3-45 mmHg, while cases with normalECG findings did not, due to the influence by systemic hypertension in the former.
