糖尿病性網膜症と眼底硬化について（1）

Studies on diabetic retinopathy and sclerotic changes of ocular fundus (1)

I．硬化症

1）硬化症の分布は，N-Rは0°．1°Retは1°．2°が多い。

2） Ret発生率は0°よりも1°以上の方が多い傾向にあるが推計的に有意差はない。

(1) Retinophthia was found in high incidence in cases with sclerotid fundus of 0°~3° in the non-hypertensive cases with no significant difference in the incidence in each stage. No difference was either recognised in all stages of sclerosis in hypertensive cases.

(2) The incidence of ret. showed no remark-able difference between the hypertensive and non-hypertensive cases in all stages of sclerosis.

(3) A CAP level of higher than 45 mmHg was found in the presence of fundus sclerosis of 2° both of the ret. and non-ret., indifferent to ECG findings.
