眼性片頭痛について—脳血管性障害との関係及び脳動脈写所見

Ophthalmic migraine. Angiographic finding in 4 cases.

　眼性片頭痛（ophthalmic migraine）を代表とする，単に，片頭痛（migraine）と呼ばれている症候群の本態は，よくわかつていない私は本症に脳動脈写を行つて，今日まで4例の症例を得たので，ここに所見を報告する。脳腫瘍の他にも，いろいろの眼症状の源をさぐるために，脳動脈写が必要であることは，田川³⁶，錦織²⁶などによつて，主張せられている。又，近年注意をひきつつある脳血管性障害には眼症状が高率にあらわれていて（後述），ここにも，脳動脈写は，諸症状の焦点を探る上に有力な手段である。

　片頭痛の分類については，Walsh⁴⁰によると，次の様である。

In the 3 cases of ophthalmic migraine, nar-rowing of the posterior cerebral artery wi-thout caliber variations in 2 cases and asym-metrical course of the artery in one case were seen. In one of the 2 cases of narrowed posterior cerebral artery spastic obliteration of the artery was confirmed through vertebral angiography, but the side of the spasm did not correspond with the side of hemianopsia.
