眼精疲労における眼圧の様態（須田氏法を中心として）

On the correltion between asthenopia and tension oculi (Especially on the Suda's provocating test for glaucoma)

Ⅰ．緒言

　眼痛，頭痛，目の疲労，羞明などのいわゆる眼精疲労様症状を訴える患者で，種々外来検査を行なつても，それらの訴えの原因をつかむことがはなはだ困難なことはわれわれが日常経験するところである。文献的な分類すなわち症候性，調節性，屈折性，筋性，不等像視性などの分類があるが，われわれはここではとくに眼圧との関係を求めて，眼精疲労と緑内障，あるいは緑内障前期との関係を調べ，一方では緑内障の早期発見という目的で本検査を行なつた。

The patients (756 eyes) who consulted our clinic complaining of asthenopia were examined especi-ally in tension oculi and the Suda's provocating test for glaucoma.

No remarkable disorders which seemed to cause asthenopia were found in all cases.

The results are as follows ;

1) The patients have a peak (35%) at 20-30 years on the age distribution.

2) The patients have most frequently tension oculi from 15 to 20mmHg.

3) No significant correlation is found between the asthenopia and the distribution of refraction.
