全層角膜移植とその成績

Keratoplasty, Report of 46 cases of fullthickness grafts with special emphasis on four classification of patients.

I．緒言

　同種全層角膜移植は1906年Zirm^21）28）により始めて成功し，同種表層角膜移植の成功は1908年Plange^19）21）により報告され，1911年Magitot^19）28）は5℃で溶血血清に眼球を8日間保存した角膜を用いて同種表層角膜移植に成功した。

　角膜移植は近来手術器械及方法，抗生物質及抗アレルギー製剤の発展に伴いこの手術がより安全に行える様になつてきた。一方屍体眼球の利用は1912年Schimanovsky^1）が推め，1922年Fila—tov^19）により導入され，1945年Paton^19）により眼球銀行の組織が設けられる様になつた。

We've got 134 donor eyes in this SapporoNational Hospital for the past 5 years. We've made use of these eyes as followes: 23 eyes were sent to other hospitals, 39 eyes were used in this hospital for full-thickness grafts while they remained fresh, 58 eyes preserved in deep-freezing or drying condition, 2 eyes under histopathological examination, and 12 eyes were damaged while they were preser-ved.

We operated 46 eyes for full-thickness gra-fts by fresh materials within 48 hours.
