色覚異常者の職業適性に関する研究（1）

Studies on the occupational capacity of congenital colour deficient subjects (1)

Ⅰ．緒言

　近代社会において凡ゆる面で色は欠くべからざる存在となり，従つて職場においても色覚異常が問題となりつつある。先に湖崎氏及び私は各種職場における色覚異常者の実態調査を行い，技術系のみならず事務系においても非常に不利な立場にある事を知り，今回は先づ事務系特に銀行関係に於いて仕事上屡々問題となる色伝票に就き色覚異常者達は如何に実際色を混同するかという点につき調べ，これから色覚異常者の銀行業務上の適性を考究しいささか知見を得たので次に報告する。

For the purpose of estimating the occupa-tional capacity of congenital colour deficient subjects,the authers examined if and how they actually made errors in classifying coloured slips that are currently used in bank activities.

It was confirmed that errors were not in-frequently commited by those who possess medium or strong degree of colour vision defect, especially when the slips were alike in from.

In consequence, these subjects are to be regarded as liable to commit mistakes in iden-tifying paying-outslips from receiving slips.
