Abnormal Color Vision

1．幼児色覚検査の興味づけについて

　保健所で行なう3歳児検診で，石原式幼児用色盲検査表第2部の図形のカードを見せ，その名称を言わせたところ，184名中正答率は丸100％，花9％，四角4％，三角3％であつた。

　保育所において2〜5歳児に対し，丸・三角・四角・花を画いたカードを作つて，カード合わせをしたり，フランネルグラフを使用して対応した形を張る遊びをしたり，ペープサードで形の対応の話を実演した後に，石原表による色覚検査を行なつた。3種の遊びのうちフランネルグラフ遊びは，幼児色覚検査の興味づけとしては一番適当と思われる。

The symposium on abnormal color vision con-vened on Nov. 11, 1967, as a collateral event of Annual Congress of Clinical Ophthalmology in Tokyo. Prof. T. Okuma, Department of Oph-thalmology of Yokohama City University, Yokohama, acted as organizer and chairman of the symposium. Following 7 papers were read and discussed upon.

1. Clinical methods for detection of abnormal color vision in 3-year-old children. 2. Color vi-sion studies with the use of rotating striped disc. 3. Classification of abnormal color vision with alternating red and green flickers. 4. Comparative studies of color vision tests for grading.
