Behcet氏病失明両眼の病理組織学的比較

An histopathological comparative study of both eyes with Behcet's disease

Ⅰ．緒言

　Behcet氏病の眼球の病理組織学的所見については吾国に於ては，鹿野，生井，萩原，神田その他の諸氏の報告を見るが，総括的には網膜の変化が最も著明であり，却つて葡萄膜には激しい葡萄膜炎であつたに拘らず組織学的には変化が比較的軽度であるといわれて居る。特に水晶体への変化殆んど記載はない。又，各組織に認められる血管炎，或いは管腔閉塞等の所見も多く見られるといわれている。

　最近Behcet氏病で失明した両眼の病理組織学的検索を行い，この両眼の眼組織を比較検討したところ極めて興味ある所見を得たのでここに報告する次第である。

Histopathological findings were presented on both eyes of a 26-years-old male patient with the Behcet's disease. The removal of first eye (left) resulted in an acute exacer-bation of uveitis in the other eye with secon-dary glaucoma, necessitating an enuclea-tion 5 months later.

Chief findings were as fllows:

1) Pathological changes of the uveal tract was more intense in the first than in the second eye.

2) The anterior chamber of the first eye was filled with blood and round cells.
