I．緒言

　Wegenerの症候群は病因が不明である点や適確な治療法のない点，生命の予後も悪い点等で各科の注目せられるものとなつた。又この症候群の発生年齢については本邦では15歳以上70歳までに発生し特に30歳代が比較的多いといわれている。本例は10歳の少女に見た比較的若いものであるがその経過を観察し得たので考察出来た一端を述べてみたいと思う。

A report is presented over a case of Weg-ener's granulomatosis in a 10-year-old female child. The cardinal clinical findings consisted of : 1) progressive necrotizing rhinitis with saddle nose, 2) glomerulonephritis, 3) pete-chial hemorrhage, intracutaneal angiitis and pneumonia and 4) proptosis, paresis of extraocular muscles, conjunctival granulosis. and marginal corneal ulcer. The reported case. is, as far as the authors could ascertain, the youngest instance of Wegener's. granulomat-osis.
