動脈管開存症Patent Ductus Arteriosusの術前，術後に於ける網膜血管機能

Function of retinal blood vessels before and after operation for Patent Ductus Arteriosus.

　循環器機能障害に際して眼底特に網膜血管に如何なる変化を招来するかとの注意のもとに眼底変化を観察すると種々な興味ある所見が見られる。今回は心臓疾患特に動脈管開存症Patent Duc—tus Arteriosus （P．　D．　A．）の心臓部手術の前後に於ける眼底血管の状態を観察したのでそれが成績について考察した。

An improvement in retinal circulation, which consisted of increased diastolic and systolic central arterial pressure, disappeara-nce of spontaneous retinal arterial pulsation and disappearance of pulse deficit as compared with the pulse rate at the radial artery, is reported in 2 cases after operation for patent ductus arteriosus Botalli. Ophthalmological and ophthalmdynamometrical studies are ex-pected to serve as indicator for the systemic circulation.
