涙点の生態顕微鏡的所見—（第1報）

Pictures of the lacrimal puncta by the slitlamp microscopy.:(Part I)

　眼の各部の構造はそれ等に於て夫々関連性を持つていると考えて観察することは臨床上極めて重要である。そこで私共は眼の色々な場合に於ける涙点の状態を生態顕微鏡的に観察した所，2,3興味ある所見を得たのでこれ等に就て述べる。

　観察材料は大部分は外来患者（233名）及び入院患昔（65名），医師，学生，看護婦等（30名）計328名（男146各女182名）で涙点1312箇である。年令9歳〜75歳。

We observed with the slitlamp microscopy-many lacrimal puncta, normal and these of patients, and had some new knowledge as. followes.

1) Blood vesseles appeared on the avascu-lar papilla of lacrimal puncta and it has be-came the functional disorder.

2) When it complicatated with pterygium, many blood vesseles appeared on papilla of locrimal puncta.

3) Also stenosis of ductus lacrimalis or da-cryocystitis have many blood vesseles on pa-pilla of lacrimal puncta.

The clinc observation of the lacrimal puncta by the slitlamp microscopy bring us very in-teresting results.
