網膜内層披裂について

Dehiscence of internal layer of the retina

　網膜全層の断裂による網膜の裂孔形成，或いは孔形成は，特発性網膜剥離に於ける最も重要な所見として，日常注目されるところであるが，断裂が網膜全層に至らず，部分的に終つているものも観察されており，既にForamen structum（Schichtloch）と呼ばれて記載されたり^{1）2）3）4）5）6）7）}，又最近ではRetinoschisisと関連して，広汎に内外2層に離断した網膜の内層，或いは外層の一部に於いて孔形成を観察した記載がある^{8）9）10）11）12）13）}。最近著者等は，眼底を詳細に観察すると，網膜の内層のみに披裂を認め，未だ網膜全層に披裂の及んでいないと思われる病巣を相次いで数例に発見し，このような病巣は種々の検眼鏡所見を呈するが，注意して詳細な眼底検査を行なえば，その発見は決して極めて稀とも思われないので，その臨床所見について著者等の経験を記載してみたい。

The authors report five cases with various types of dehiscence of internal layer of the retina. These lesions are seen ophthalmo-scopically as horseshoe-shaped tear or small round hole of the internal layer of the retina.Multiple partial hole formation of the retina sometimes assumes lattice-like pattern. Very thin external layer of the retina is seen as remaining on the pigment epithelium present-ing a different hue from that of usual retinal tear or hole.

Dehiscence of internal layer of the retina is to be found not infrequently when careful ophthalmoscopic examination is done.
