Case report of Tanderil

Ⅰ．緒言

　Tanderilの消炎，鎮痛，浮腫抑制効果については，数年来多数の報告をみるが，眼科領域に於ける報告としては，Werner^1）（1960），Pestaloz—zi^2）（1961），浅山・坂上^3）（1961），水川・湖崎^4）（1961），笛田・新保^5）（1961），植村・平山^6）（1961），東・阿部^7）（1962），阪本・田辺^8）（1962），浅山・塚原^9）（1962）がある。

　私共も今回藤沢薬品K．K．より本剤の提供をうけ，種々の眼科炎性疾患並びに手術例に使用し，いささかの知見を得たので，ここにその成績を報告する。

The anti-inflammatory effect of Tanderil was observed on 18 cases of ocular disease and 23 cases operated with various forms of surgery. The doses used in these cases were 100 to 600mg. daily for one week to about a month. The results obtained as follows :

The anti-inflammatory effect was confir-med in 17 cases of iridocyclitis, corneal ulcer, oculomotor palsy, neuroretinitis, retrobulbar neuritis, tenonitis and Behcet's disease.

The maked effects were noted in 20 opera-ted cases by pre- and postoperative admini-stration of 300mg. daily.
