抗血液凝固剤を使用した症例について

Anticoagulant treatment in ophthalmology

Ⅰ．緒言

　最近血液凝固過程に関する知識が深まるにつれて，種々の抗血液凝固剤及びStreptokynaseやFibrinolysin等の蛋白分解酵素等が臨床的に用いられ，夫々有効な成績を得，次第にその応用範囲が拡大されつつある。

　著者等は，各種の眼疾患に対して種々の抗血液凝固剤の併用療法を確立しようとして，比較的難治と考えられる症例に，従来使用されていたよりも長期間にわたる臨床治療を試みた。

The authors treated the various eye-disea-ses with anticoagulant agents ; Heparin, He-parin-Novo-Lente, Indion, Warfarin and Buccal Varidase. 18 of 21 cases have got good results and especially the secondary glaucoma was pre-vented with this therapy.

The anticoagulants must be combined 2 or 3 agents and given for more long period.
