網膜静脈血栓症におけるHeparin療法特に外来治療に就て

Heparin-treatment on the cases-with retinal vein thrombosis

I．緒言

　網膜静脈血栓症に対するHeparin使用の報告はHolmin　＆　Ploman （1937）以来，Ploman（1938），Rosengren　＆　Stenstrom （1942），Pl—oman （1943），Cuthbert等多くの報告がある。

　私共も本症に対するHeparin療法の効果に就ては，すでに度々報告して来たところである。然しこれらは何れも入院患者に行つたものであるが今回は外来治療を試みる機会を得たので以下にその方法と成績の概要を報告する。

Twenty cases with retinal hemorrhages were treated with heparin. 50mg of heparin was administered intravenously once a day for 10 days without hospitalisation. Resultsobtained were summarized as follows.

1) Fourteen cases of tributary vein thro-mbosis were treated. Marked improvement in two cases, moderate in six, slight in four and no effect in two.

2) In a case out of three with central vein thrombosis, remarkable effect was ob-served. One of the remaining cases was tre-ated slightly effectively and the other without any effect.

3) A case out of two with vitreous hemo-rrhages improved extremely while the other did not.
