幼年者に見られた網膜中心動脈塞栓の1例並びにEffortilの効果について／Heparin-Novoの使用経験

A case of obstruction of central retinal artery occurred in a child and treated with effortil/Treatment of retinal vein thrombosis and vitreous hemorrhage with Heparin-Novo-Injection

　1954年にThielは突然起る重篤な視力障害を主訴として来院する10〜20歳代の患者が大戦後多くなつたことを指摘し，検眼鏡的に網膜血管の閉塞を証明するけれども，その原因となるような器質的変化は見られず，循環の低血圧性の起立性調節障害を唯一の異常所見とする旨を述べた。

　著者等も最近その類例を見ることが出来たが本例に対し田辺製薬提供のEffortil （C．H．Boeh—ringer Sohn）を試みたところ有効に作用したと思われる症例を得たので以下に簡単に報告する。

A case of obstruction of the central retinal artery which occurred in the right eye of a boy aged 12 years was reported.

Examinations showed no evidence except orthostatic retinal hypotension as its pathoge-nesis.

Subcutaneous injection of Effortil caused a marked improvement of the orthostatic reti-nal hypotension. The visual acuity increased simultaneously from n. d. to 0.06 9 days after administration of Effortil.
