Ophthalmic use of Asperkinase

I．緒言

　線維素溶解酵素系に関する研究の進歩に伴い，この酵素系製剤を治療に応用しようとすることが盛んに試みられるようになつた。現在までに線維素溶解酵素又は線維素溶解酵素系を賦活する薬剤として用いられた主な薬剤にFibrinolysin製剤Streptokinase製剤及びChymotrypsin製剤等があり，眼疾患に対するこれら薬剤の効果については既にいくつかの報告がある。

　著者らも諸種眼疾患に対する線維素溶解酵素療法に就て研究中で，その成績の一部に就では既に2〜3報告したが，今回は藤沢薬品工業KKより提供をうけたAsperkinaseを用い，実験する機会を得たので以下にその概要を報告する。As—perkinaseとはSK＆F社で作られた酵素製剤で，強い線維素溶解作用があると云われる。

Asperkinase is a proteolytic enzyme prep-aration of fungal origin manufactured by SK&F Leboratories. It was proved to have fibrinolytic ability by means of both the fibr-in plate method and the heated fibrin plate method divised by Astrup & Mullertz. The fibrinolytic activity of this agent was decre-ased with bloodplasma. The fibrinolytic act-iyity of Asperkinase was not established to be influenced by e-Amino caproic acid. This is a drug to contend with plasmin strongly and singularly.
