フィブリノリジン（プラスミン）の点滴静注による網膜静脈並びに動脈閉塞症の治療成績

Intravenous Fibrinolysin-Midori (Plasmin) against Obstruction of Retinal Artery and Vein

Ⅰ．緒言

　線維素溶解酵素（線溶酵素）はFibrinを分解する酵素である。本酵素剤は血栓・塞栓の溶解剤或いは凝血塊の吸収促進剤として用いられる。現在製品としてはPlasminを製剤化した精製人Plasmin製剤，線溶酵素系を賦活するStrepto—kinase, Urokinase製剤，蛋白溶解酵素のChy—motrypsin, Pronase, Ananaseなどが使用されている。

　今回私共の用いたフィブリノリジン−ミドリ（プラスミン）は，ミドリ十字KKにて新しく開発された精製人Plasmin製剤で，人血漿中のPla—sminogenを分離精製し，人尿から精製したUrokinaseで活性化したものである。従来精製Plasmin製剤としては，活性化剤としてStre—ptokinaseを用いたActase, Fibrinolysin Hu—man Lyovacなどが使用され，その有効性が認められていたが，今まで国産品はなかつた。

Four cases with obstruction of retinal vein and 2 cases with occlusion of retinal artery were treated with Fibrinolysin-Midori (Pla-smin). Midori Juji Co. Osaka, Japan, manufa-ctured this preparation from purified human plasmin activated with urokinase.

The results were summarized as follows.

A daily dose of 375 to 625 casein units of fibrinolysin was injected for 3 to 4 days, by continuous intravenous infusion.

The treatment was strikingly successful in 2 cases and slightly successful in the other 2 cases with obstruction of retinal vein.
