網膜静脈血栓症にHeparinが有効であることについてはHolmin＆Ploman （1937）以来多くの報告がある。
私共もこのことについてはすでに度々報告して来たところであるが，今回はこれによる外来治療に就き簡単に報告する。
Twenty cases with retinal central vein thrombosis or tributary vein thrombosis were treated with Heparin. Five thousand units of Heparin-Sodium or Heparin-Calcium were administered intravenously once a day for 7 to 10 days without hospitalization.
Four cases with retinal central vein thro-mbosis were treated. The result in a case was very good ; in 2 cases, fairly ; and no effect in a remaining one.
Sixteen cases with tributary vein thrombo-sis were treated. The results in 3 cases were very good ; in 6 cases, good ; in 5 cases, fai-rly ; and no improvement in the other 2 ca-ses.
