Ⅰ．緒論

　結核発病とツ反応強度との関係は己に幾多の研究が有り，臨牀所見，或はレントゲン所見とツ反応強度との間には相関性は無いと謂われる一方，佐川，関谷の岡氏及び吉岡博人氏はツ反応の強度陽性より発病するものが多いと述べて居る。亦，千葉，所沢両氏，及び染谷氏は陽転時の強陽性者からは発病者が多いと謂われて居る。

　私はフ罹患時のツ反応の強度と結核発病との関係を予防医学の立場から検討して見る事も無駄でないと信ずる。

The morbidity rate of tuberculosis within 1-1.5 years after the occurance of phlyctaen were studied considering the attitude of tuberculin reaction when suffering from phlyctaen.

1) The morbidity rate (include the uncured patients of complicated tuberculosis at the occurance of phlyctaen) show the tendency to increase as the tuberculin reaction advance. Even in presumption, the morbidity rate are higher in (+) groop than in (-) groop and higher in (+++) groop than in (+) groop.
