（43） Cushing氏症候群に於ける高血圧性網膜症の1例—特に網膜血管径並に網膜中心血管血圧の測定成績

A case of hypertensive retinopathy originated from the patient of Cushing's syndrom and results of messurement of the calibre and blood pressure of the retinal blood vessels.

　Cushing氏症候群は1932年Cushingにより始めて記載されたもので，一般に若年者に起り最も若いものは6歳，平均年令は18歳で起り，急速に進行する脂肪沈着，伸展性皮膚線条及び紫斑病様の小出血斑，多毛，性的萎縮，骨多孔症，多血質様の皮膚色，並に高血圧，蛋白尿，高血糖等を特有な症候とするものである。

　本症の眼症状としてはRetinitis angiospastica（Nover 1952），眼内圧上昇（Magda 1942），網膜出血，網膜動脈拡張期血圧亢進Jeandelize andDrouet 1938〜39, Morsier, Franceschetti 1940，網膜下滲出液，鬱血乳頭，単性及び炎性視束萎縮（Weisrnann1936．），網膜血管攣縮（Lo-beck, Nover）等の他，視野欠損（Landabure 1936,Gravano 1937），中心暗点（Weismann），一過性複視，眼球突出，瞳孔障害等が記載されている。

Patient : a woman, aged 11 years

In the course of Cushing's syndrom which had developped from the right adrenal corical carcinoma, hypertensive retinpathy occurred. The hypertensive retinopathy was cured with the improvement of general symptoms after the extirpation of the tumor.

Micrometry of retinal vessels and dynamometry of retinal blood pressure showed that the narrowing of retinal vessels and elevation of retinal blood pressure have a close relationship with occurence of this sort of retinopathy and that variation of the ratio of retinae to bra-chial blood pressure has something to do with it.
