（42）家族性進行性黄斑部変性症の7例—特にその高照度下の視野に関する考察

Seven cases of familial progressive maculo-degeneration especially, consideration concerning the visual field under bright illumination

　先に私達は「明所に於て輪状暗点を呈せる家族性進行性黄斑部変性症」と題して，興味深い本病の同胞2例を報告した。（山本，北庄司，吉野，本誌8巻8号）即ち，その視野に，低照度下に於ては認めることのできない輪状暗点が，照度の上昇に従つて次第に出現し来り，同時に，周辺視野の狭窄さえ現われてくるのである。

　本病にかかる現象の現われることは，未だ文献にも余り見ないように思われたので，その後注意して観察して来たところ，更に5例の本病に同類の現象を認めることができた。今之等を総括して報告し，同時に，照度の上昇と共に視野の狭小或は曙点の出現という興味ある現象に対し，些か私見を述べて見たいと思う。

The previous description showed that in familial progressive macular degeneration. The visual field under bright illumination was narrowed. As to the phenomenon the author considers that the narrowed field under bright illumination may be due to contraction of small retinal and choroidal vessels as adaptation-phenomenon to strong illumination.
