眼内鏡に依る房水の産生所見

Observation on the production of aqueous humour by internal oculoscopy

　緑内障に対する更に適確な診断及び治療の実際上の要求に応じて近来各方面からのこの問題に関する研究が盛となり，従来の考え方を全く一新した別個の解釈が夫々の立場から根拠をもつて唱道され，現今では殆んど緑内障問題に関しては根本的に再検討すべき気運が動きつつあるといつてよいであろう。為に緑内障の早期診断或は分類法にも当然改訂が加えられ，整理されてくるのは自然のことといわねばならない。

　緑内障の原因の究明より出発し治療の適応決定に及ばんとする膨大な当教室の緑内障研究の一端として私は家兎眼を用いて動物実験を行い，自案になる眼内鏡を作成して房水の産生に直接の関係をもつと考えられる毛様体附近の血管を眼内より直接生体観察する方法を試みてほぼ満足すべき結果を得，更に諸種藥物に対する毛様体附近血管の態度を追求し，又頸動脈内注入色素の眼内出現の状態につき観察する機会を得たので，その詳細を茲に報告する次第である。

The purpose of This paper is to review the studies of the examination of internal oculo-scopy in white rabbit-eyes, and this report described the direct observation of the ciliary bodies and their production of aqueous humour.

An oculoscope which had been thought out on the principle of Max Nitze's cystoscope, was inserted carefully into the posterior chamber after a scleral treppening operation, and the ciliary bodies and its surroudings were watched closely in the head-lamp lighting.By use of another type oculoscope which had no head-lamp, the interocular vessels, especi-ally the ciliary plexus, could be observed more cleary and accurately in the extraocular indirect illumination.
