　前房水を吸引排除し，之に空気を注入することに依つて眼圧の変動が起る。

　此の種の実験は最近米国で二，三の報告があるが，私共は家兎を用い，所謂空気緑内障を起させて観察し得た結果につき，茲に報告する次第である。

When some amount of air is poured into the anterior chamber of adult rabbits after puncturing, the ocular tension increases.

The reason of this high ocular tension is considered that the poured air and that the chamber angle is closed by the secondarily rised root of iris.

Further more, the variation of the ocular tension is observed when the air in the eye is removed so as not to press the iris against the lens, or when an iridectomy is done.

From those results, the portion of aqueous production and outflow is discussed.
