レヂンチユーブを用いる慢性涙嚢炎手術の皮膚切開線について

The incision line in the operation of chronic dacryocystitis with a rezine-tube

　慢性涙嚢炎に対する手術々式は従来多くの方法が考えられて来ているが，近時メタアクリール樹脂製のレヂンチユープ挿入術が，市川氏により考案発表せられて以来，各方面の追試があり，当教室に於ても又之を施行して屡々良好な結果を得ている。最近再び市川氏自身に依つて各追試者の報告を取り綜合的に詳細な検討の結果が発表されたが，之によると本手術の際の皮膚切開についての氏の方法は，一気に涙嚢壁に達する切開を行う様に記載されており，他の方法としては皮膚切開，瞼縁切開の何れでも良いと述べている。

　私は本手術の際に小涙管を損傷せず，然も術後瘢痕が目立たぬ様な，桐沢氏の変法ともいうべき皮膚切開を行つて良好な結果をみたので，他の23の考案と共に茲に報告したいと思う。

The incision line is parallel to the margin of the inner side of lid. After the shallow inci-sion along this intended line drawn beforehand with pioctanin, the nasal portion is teared subctaneously,in order to wide the field of operation. The tear sac is recognised by bou-gieing from punctum and then the wall of tear sac is cut open.

A rezine tube is inserted and the wound of the wall is closed. This incision line which has some excellent merits of a wide field of operation and of no harm to tear canal and of inconspicuousness of the scar etc. leads to the wonderful results of the operation of chronic dacryocystitis.
