要約　目的：網膜色素変性に生じた黄斑分離に対し，硝子体手術を行った症例を報告する。症例：67歳，男性。初診時左眼視力は（0.5）。網膜周辺部に骨小体様色素沈着があり，求心性視野狭窄を認めた。網膜電図にて振幅は低下していた。光干渉断層計（OCT）による検査で黄斑分離を認めた。網膜色素変性および黄斑分離と診断し，白内障手術併用25ゲージ硝子体手術を行い黄斑部の内境界膜剝離を行った。術後12か月で黄斑分離は改善し，視力は（0.7）と改善を得た。結論：網膜色素変性に生じた黄斑分離に対し硝子体手術を行い，視力の改善を得た。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the outcome of vitrectomy for foveoschisis in a case of retinitis pigmentosa. Case：A 67-year-old male presented with blurring in the left eye since one month before. He was reportedly free of night blindness. Findings：Corrected visual acuity was 1.2 right and 0.5 left. Both eyes showed constricted visual field and findings compatible with the diagnosis of retinitis pigmentosa. Electroretinogram showed reduced amplitude. Optical coherence tomograph（OCT）showed foveoschisis in the left eye. The left eye was treated by 25 G vitreous surgery with peeling of internal limiting membrane. Foveoschisis improved with visual acuity of 0.7 12 months later. Conclusion：Visual acuity improved after vitrectomy for foveoschisis in an eye with retinitis pigmentosa.
