要約　目的：多発性後極部網膜色素上皮症に対して通常の半量の光線力学的療法を行った2症例の報告。症例：両症例とも男性で，年齢は58歳と68歳であった。いずれも片眼性で，胞状網膜剝離があり，罹患眼の初診時の矯正視力は，それぞれ0.9と0.1であった。多発性後極部網膜色素上皮症と診断し，初診からそれぞれ7か月と1か月後に，エネルギー量を半分にした光線力学的療法を実施した。両症例とも視力が2段階以上上昇し，以後1年間再発がない。赤外蛍光眼底造影では脈絡膜血管の透過性亢進があり，術後改善した。視細胞内節/外節ラインは術後3か月で回復した。結論：胞状網膜剝離を伴う多発性後極部網膜色素上皮症に対し，低量の光線力学的療法が奏効した。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report 2 cases of multifocal posterior pigment epitheliopathy（MPPE）treated by photodynamic therapy at reduced dosis. Cases：Both were males, aged 58 and 68 years, and were unilaterally affected. Both cases showed bullous retinal detachment. Corrected visual acuity in the affected eyes was 0.9 and 0.1 respectively. They were treated by photodynamic therapy at half the normal dosis. Visual acuity improved by 2 lines or more in both cases. There has been no recurrence for one year until present. ICG angiography showed hyperpearmeability of choroidal vessels that improved after treatment. Optical coherence tomography showed distinct IS/OS lines 3 months after treatment. Conclusion：Photodynamic therapy was effective in 2 cases of MPPE with bullous retinal detachment.
