要約　目的：滲出型加齢黄斑変性に対するラニビズマブ硝子体注射と治療の短期成績の報告。対象と方法：滲出型加齢黄斑変性17例17眼を対象とした。男性7眼，女性10眼で，平均年齢は76.2±6.7歳である。約1か月ごとに上記の併用療法を3か月以上行い，平均9.6か月の経過を追った。視力はETDRS法で評価した。結果：治療開始から全期間を通じ，有意水準である0.05以上の視力改善または悪化はなかった。治療開始から3か月以上の中心窩圧は治療前に比べ有意に減少した（p＜0.01）。20mmHg以上の眼圧上昇が3例にあり，点眼薬でコントロールできた。結論：トリアムシノロンアセトニドテノン囊下注射の併用は，滲出型加齢黄斑変性に対するラニビズマブ硝子体注射の効果を増強している可能性がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the short-term outcome of intravitreal ranibizumab with subtenon triamcinolone for exudative age-related macular degeneration（AMD）. Cases and Method：This study was made on 17 eyes of 17 cases with AMD. The series comprised 7 males and 10 females. The age averaged 76.2±6.7 years. All cases received the above treatment for 3 months or over at one-month interval. Cases were followed up for an average of 9.6 months. Visual acuity was evaluated by ETDRS. Results：There was no improvement or deterioration in visual acuity over the level of significance of 0.05 throughout the period of observation. Foveal thickness significantly decreased after 3 months of treatment（p＜0.01）. Intraocular pressure increased above 20 mmHg in 3 eyes and was controlled by topical medication. Conclusion：Subtenon injection of triamcinolone may improve the effect of intravitreal ranibizumab for AMD.
