要約　目的：眼所見，ツベルクリン皮内テスト，クォンティフェロン反応から結核性ぶどう膜炎と診断し，治療した2症例の報告。症例：症例は35歳と36歳の男性で，いずれも両眼の網膜血管炎として紹介され受診した。所見：矯正視力はいずれも1.2以上で，前眼部に炎症所見はなく，出血を伴う閉塞性網膜血管炎があった。蛍光眼底造影で広範な無血管領域があった。両症例ともツベルクリン皮内反応とクォンティフェロン反応が陽性であった。眼外結核はなかった。網膜光凝固と抗結核薬を経口投与した。1例では眼病変が寛解し，他の1例では網膜血管炎が遷延し，虹彩ルベオーシスが出現し，視力が左右とも0.1に低下した。結論：結核性ぶどう膜炎の補助診断法としてクォンティフェロン反応は有用であるが，総合的に判断することが必要である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report 2 cases who were diagnosed with tuberculous uveitis based on tuberculin and of QuantiFERON tests. Cases：Both were males aged 35 and 36 years respectively. They were referred to us as retinal vasculitis in both eyes. Findings：Corrected visual acuity was 1.2 or over in both cases. Findings were identical in both cases. No sign of inflammation was present in the anterior segment. Both eyes showed occlusive retinal vasculitis with hemorrhage. Fluorescein angiography showed extensive areas of nonperfusion. Both showed positive tuberculin and QuantiFERON tests. Systemic studies failed to show signs of tuberculosis. Fundus lesions improved in one case and ran a protracted course with rubeosis iridis in the other. Conclusion：QuantiFERON test promises to be of use as an adjunct diagnostic tool in ocular tuberculosis.
