要約　目的：トラボプロストの点眼で上眼瞼が陥凹した症例の報告。症例：59歳男性が右眼の羞明で受診した。7年前に右眼に高眼圧があったが視野異常はなく，無治療であった。矯正視力は左右とも1.5で，眼圧は右36mmHg，左18mmHgであった。右眼の原発閉塞隅角症と診断し，トラボプロスト点眼で眼圧は正常化した。15か月後に色素沈着を伴う右眼瞼陥凹が生じた。タフルプロスト点眼に切替え，2か月後に眼瞼陥凹は軽快した。眼圧は正常範囲に維持されている。結論：プロスタグランジン製剤の点眼で眼瞼陥凹が生じたときには，他のプロスタグランジン製剤へ変更することで眼瞼陥凹が改善し，眼圧が維持されることがある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of deepening of the sulcus of upper eyelid following instillation of travoprost that improved after switching to tafluprost. Case：A 59-year-old male presented with photophobia in the right eye. He had been diagnosed with ocular hypertension in the right eye. He was free of glaucomatous changes in the fundus and visual field,he had received no treatment. Findings：Corrected visual acuity was 1.5 in either eye. Intraocular pressure（IOP）was 36 mmHg right and 18 mmHg left. The right eye was diagnosed with primary angle-closure. He declined laser iridotomy. IOP was normalized after instillation of travoprost. The right eye developed deeping of the sulcus with pigmentation 15 months later. Deeping of the sulcus was improved after switching travoprost to tafluprost within normal IOP. Conclusion：This case illustrates that deeping of the sulcus after travoprost may be improved after switching to tafluprost,another prostagloandin derivative.
