中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症に対する低照射エネルギー光線力学療法施行の3例

Three cases of central serous chorioretinopathy treated by reduced fluence photodynamic therapy

要約　目的：低照射エネルギー光線力学療法（PDT）で加療した中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症3症例の報告。症例：症例はいずれも男性で，年齢は39，46，67歳で，いずれも片眼性であった。患眼の矯正視力はそれぞれ0.6，0.4，0.6であった。蛍光眼底造影で2例に色素漏出点があった。低照射エネルギーPDTを行い，漿液性網膜剝離と変視症はすみやかに消失した。最終視力はそれぞれ1.0，0.8，0.8であった。治療による格別な合併症はなかった。結論：中心性漿液性脈絡網膜症に対し，低照射エネルギーPDTは有効であり，短期的には安全な治療法である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report three cases of central serous chorioretinopathy treated by reduced fluence photodynamic therapy. Cases：All were males aged 39,46 and 67 years. All were affected unilaterally. Corrected visual acuity in the involved eye was 0.6,0.4 and 0.6 respectively. Fluorescein angiography showed dye leakage in 2 eyes. All cases received reduced fluence photodynamic therapy. Serous detachment disappeared with improved metamorphopsia. Visual acuity improved to 1.0,0.8 and 0.8 at the latest visit. Conclusion：These cases illustrate that reduced fluence photodynamic therapy may be safe and effective for central serous chorioretinopathy.
