I．緒言

　Friedenwald^5）は，眼科領域の先天性位置異常としてのchoristomaを，（1） Aberrent lacri—mal gland，（2） Dermoids，（3） Epidermal cyst（4） Teratoid tumor，（5） Ectopic cartilage andboneに分類し，　Reese^7）はA．　Dermoid cyst，B．Dermoid tumor, C．　Dermolipoma, D．Composite tumorに分類している。

　Reeseは，choristomaを，組織または臓器の胚芽が迷入し，腫瘍状を呈するものといい，Albre—cht^1）は，組織芽が正常の連続性をなくし，一部分離したものが，他の組織の中に入り込んだものと定義している。

A case is described in which fistula forma-tion with hairy growth around it in the regi-on upper temporal to the lateral canthus in the right eye proved to originate from mixed tumor of choristomatous nature. Attempted re-moval of the fistula with skin graft to cover the palpebral defect resulted in not quite sati-sfactory cosmetic results.
