要約　目的：眼皮膚白皮症に生じた増殖硝子体網膜症（PVR）の症例の報告。症例：50歳女性が右眼の飛蚊症で受診した。眼球と皮膚に色素がまったくない眼皮膚白皮症であった。所見：矯正視力は右0.09，左0.1で，右眼には－13D，左眼には－14Dの近視があった。水平眼振があった。右眼には上耳側に網膜裂孔と網膜剝離があった。10か月間の6回の手術でPVR化した網膜は復位し，最終手術から7か月後の現在，0.07の視力を維持している。第4回の手術ではトリパンブルーを用い，増殖膜の視認性が高まり，処理が容易になった。結論：眼皮膚白皮症に合併したPVRへの手術で，トリパンブルーを併用することで，増殖膜の処理と網膜裂孔の同定が容易になった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of oculocutaneous albinism treated for proliferative vitreoretinopathy（PVR）. Case：A 50-year-old woman presented with seeing floaters in her right eye. She had been diagnosed with oculocutaneous albinism with complete absence of pigment in the skin and the eye. Findings：Corrected visual acuity was 0.09 right and 0.1 left. Both eyes were myopic at about minus 14 diopters. Horizontal nystagmus was present. The right eye showed retinal tear and detachment in the superior temporal periphery. The right eye received 6 sessions of surgery for PVR during 10 months resulting in retinal reattachment with visual acuity of 0.07 7 months after the last surgery. Adjunctive use of trypan blue during the 4th surgery facilitated identification of proliferative membrane and retinal tear. Conclusion：Use of trypan blue during surgery facilitated identification of preretinal membrane and retinal tear.
