要約　目的：ヌンチャク型シリコーンチューブとその付属ブジーを一体化したプローブを涙道疾患に応用した報告。対象と方法：下鼻道法による涙囊鼻腔吻合術でレーザーを照射するときのガイドとして18側，急性涙囊炎による鼻涙管閉塞1側，先天性鼻涙管閉塞4側の計23側に本プローブを使用した。結果：涙囊鼻腔吻合術ではレーザー照射により鼻涙管下部の開口部を拡張でき，急性涙囊炎と鼻涙管閉塞では1回のプローブ挿入で閉塞が開放できた。結論：本プローブは涙道疾患に有用である可能性がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the outcome of application of silicone probe to diseases of lacrimal passage：Cases and Method：A silicone probe was constructed by unifying nunchaku-type silicone tube and attached bugie. This probe was used to treat occluded lacrimal passage in 23 sides. The series comprised one side of acute dacryocystitis,4 sides of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction,and 18 sides during laser treatment of inferior meatus in dacryocystorhinostomy（DCR）. Results：Lacrimal passage became open by one application of the probe in all cases of acute dacryocystitis,congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction,and laser treatment for DCR. Conclusion：The present silicone probe promises to be useful in the treatment of diseases of nasolacrimal passage.
