要約　目的：レーザー虹彩切開術に続発した水疱性角膜症に対する全層角膜移植術の成績の報告。対象と方法：過去12年間に水疱性角膜症に対して行われた全層角膜移植術104眼を診療録により検索した。20眼ではレーザー虹彩切開が治療的に行われ，13眼では予防的に行われた。71眼では水疱性角膜症が白内障手術後に生じた。結果：全層角膜移植で角膜の透明治癒は，レーザー虹彩切開後に水疱性角膜症では33眼中30眼（88％），白内障手術後にこれが発症した71眼では15眼（21％）で得られた。両群間には有意差があった（p＜0.03）。結論：レーザー虹彩切開術後に発症した水疱性角膜症に対し，全層角膜移植術は有効である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the outcome of penetrating keratoplasty for bullous keratopathy secondary to therapeutic or prophylactic laser iridotomy. Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 104 eyes that received penetrating keratoplasty for bullous keratopathy during the past 12 years. Bullous keratopathy developed in 20 eyes after therapeutic laser iridotomy, in 13 eyes after prophylactic laser iridotomy, and in 71 eyes after cataract surgery. Results：Following penetrating keratoplasty, corneal graft remained transparent in 30 out of 33 eyes（88％）after laser iridotomy and in 15 out of 71 eyes（21％）after cataract surgery. The difference was significant（p＜0.03）. Conclusion：Penetrating keratoplasty is effective for bullous keratopathy secondary to therapeutic or prophylactic laser iridotomy.
