目的：結膜囊胞の症例に対し，着色したヒアルロン酸ナトリウムを併用した除去手術の報告。症例と方法：69歳女性が1か月前から右眼結膜が赤いことを主訴として受診した。血腫を伴う結膜囊胞であり，囊胞の周囲には遷延化した結膜下出血があった。2か月後に血腫が消失して透明化した囊胞を摘出した。インドシアニングリーンとヒアルロン酸ナトリウム溶液を混合し，これを囊胞内に注入して囊胞壁を染色して摘出した。結果：囊胞壁が染色され全摘出ができた。結論：透明な囊胞壁を染色して可視化し囊胞を摘出する手技は有用である。

Purpose：To report a case of hematomatous conjunctival cyst excised with adjunct use of colored hyaluronidase solution. Case and Method：A 69-year-old woman presented with a red spot in her right eye since one month before. The lesion was identified as conjunctival cyst with hematoma. It was excised 2 months later after the hematoma had disappeared. The cyst wall was stained by solution of hyaluronidase colored by indocyanine green. Result：The cyst could be totally excised after its wall became visible by the dye. Conclusion：Staining the wall of conjunctival is a useful procedure.
