Purpose:To report a case of sarcoidosis with giant iris nodule. Case and Findings:A 19-year-old male presented with blurring of vision in the left eye. His corrected visual acuity was 1.2 right and hand motion left. A large white nodule, one quarter of the cornea in size, was present in the anterior chamber in the left eye. The right eye showed signs of mild iritis. Systemic examinations led to the diagnosis of sarcoidosis. He received peroral predonisolone at the initial dosis of 60mg per day. Subconjunctival betamethasone was added later. The iris nodule disappeared 4 months later. Conclusion:The giant iris nodule was characterized by its unilaterality in a juvenile person. Systemic and subconjunctival corticosteroid was effective in the present case.
