目的：リポフスチン由来自発蛍光（リポフスチン蛍光）を検索したクリスタリン網膜症の症例の報告。症例：51歳男性が近医で眼底異常を指摘された。矯正視力は右1.2，左1.5で，閃輝性黄白色小斑が眼底の後極部を中心に散在していた。所見：リポフスチン蛍光は網膜萎縮がない部位にも低蛍光斑として散在し，背景蛍光には低蛍光点と過蛍光点が混在していた。45か月間の経過中，閃輝性黄白色小斑は低蛍光または過蛍光を呈しなかった。結論：クリスタリン網膜症では異常がみられない眼底部位でも異常なリポフスチン蛍光を呈する。

Purpose：To describe lipofuscin autofluorescence in a case of crystalline retinopathy. Case and Findings：A 51-year-old male was referred for abnormal fundus appearance. Corrected visual acuity was 20/20 in either eye. Glistening crystalline spots were distributed over the fundus including the macular area. Lipofuscin autofluorescence appeared as scattered hypofluorescent patches even in areas without retinal atrophy. Background fluorescence comprised both hypo-and hyperfluorescent spots. Throughout the course of observation for 45months,glistening crystalline spots did not show hypo-or hyperfluorescence. Conclusion：Funduscopically normal fundus area may manifest abnormal lipofuscin autofluorescence in crystalline retinopathy.
