要約　目的：水晶体脱臼の2症例の報告。症例：1例は自傷癖があるDown症候群の65歳男性，他の1例は85歳女性で転倒による顔面打撲の既往があった。男性には左眼水晶体が前房に脱臼し，緑内障が続発していた。女性には両眼の水晶体が硝子体内に脱臼していた。男性例では水晶体の囊内摘出を行い，眼圧が安定した。女性例では両眼に硝子体手術を行い，水晶体を摘出し，眼内レンズを縫着した。結論：今回の2症例には水晶体が脱臼する素因が乏しい。チン小帯が脆弱であり，鈍的外傷が加わったために水晶体脱臼が生じたと解釈される。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report two cases of traumatic lens luxation. Cases：One case was a 65-year-old male of Down syndrome with a habit of self-mutilation. He showed glaucoma following luxation of the lens into the anterior chamber in the left eye. The other was a 85-year-old female who had suffered injury to the face during falling. She showed lens luxation into the vitreous in both eyes. The first case received intracapsular lens extraction followed by normalization of intraocular pressure. The second case received vitrectomy with intraocular lens implantation. Conclusion：Lens luxation in the present cases appeared to be due to fragile zonules and to blunt injury.
