要約　目的：翼状片に対し，単純切除，トリアムシノロン結膜下注射，マイトマイシンC点眼を行った成績の報告。対象と方法：翼状片手術を行った40眼を対象とした。単純切除により強膜を露出させたのち，トリアムシノロン0.3ml（12mg）を結膜下に注射し，術後2日間0.04％マイトマイシンCを点眼し，術後1か月間ステロイドを点眼した。結果：術後3か月以上の観察で，翼状片は3眼（7.5％）に再発した。手術の術式は簡便であり，術後の瘢痕形成は無または軽微であった。結論：翼状片に対する今回の術式は，簡便であり再発が少ない。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the outcome of surgery for pterygium by simple resection,mitomycin C and triamcinolone. Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 40 eyes that received pterygium surgery during the foregoing 29 months. After baring the sclera by simple resection of pterygium,12mg of triamcinolone（0.3ml）was injected subconjunctivally. Ophthalmic solution of 0.4％ mitomycin C was instillted for 2 postoperative days. Corticosteroid was instilled for 1 month after surgery. Results：Pterygium recurred in 3 eyes（7.5％）during the period of observation of 3 months or longer. The surgcical technique was easy to perform. Postsurgical scar formation was either absent or inconspicuous. Conclusion：The present method for pterygium is easy to perform and results in low rate of recurrence.
