Abstract 文献概要

　網膜中心静脈閉塞症6例6眼に対してトリアムシノロンの硝子体腔内注入を行った。年齢は50～78歳，虚血型5眼，非虚血型1眼であった。注入時の矯正視力は手動弁から0.3であり，光凝固は行われていなかった。全例にトリアムシノロン4mgを硝子体腔に注入した。その後，全例で出血と浮腫の減少があった。2段階以上の視力改善があったのは，2週間後で5眼，3か月後で5眼，6か月後で4眼であった。注入後3週間で視力が改善しなかった1眼には放射状視神経切開術を追加し，5段階以上の視力改善を得た。トリアムシノロンの硝子体腔内注入は網膜中心静脈閉塞症に対して視力改善効果があると結論される。

　Purpose：To evaluate intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide for central retinal vein occlusion. Cases and Method：Six eyes of 6 patients of central retinal cein occlusion received transconjunctival and intravitreal injection of 4mg triamcinolone acetonide. Their ages ranged from 50 to 78 years. Fives eyes were of ischemic and one eye was of non-ischemic type. The initial visual acuity ranged from hand motion to 0.3. Results：Retinal hemorrhage and edema started to regress soon after injection. Visual acuity improved by 2 lines or more in 5 eyes 2 weeks after treatment,in 5 eyes 3months,and in 4 eyes after 6months. Conclusion：Intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide may be an option in the treatment of central retinal vein occlusion.
