網膜静脈閉塞症に伴う囊胞様黄斑浮腫に対するトリアムシノロン硝子体注射の有効性

Effect of intravitreal triamcinolone for cystoid macular edema secondary to branch or central retinal vein occlusion

　網膜静脈分枝閉塞症6例6眼と網膜中心静脈閉塞症7例7眼に合併した囊胞様黄斑浮腫に対してトリアムシノロンの硝子体注入を1回行った。注入後18～192日，平均87日間，経過を観察した。注入後の視力は注入前に比べて有意に向上した。光干渉断層計（OCT）で測定した中心窩厚は，注入の30日後に有意に減少した（p＜0.0001）。網膜静脈閉塞症に合併した囊胞様黄斑浮腫に対し，トリアムシノロンの硝子体注入が有効な治療法の1つと結論される。

We performed intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide for cystoid macular edema（CME）in 13 eyes of 13 patients. The series comprised 6 eyes of branch and 7 eyes of central retinal vein occlusion. After a single injection,cases were followed up for 18 to 192 days,average 87 days. The visual acuity significantly improved after treatment. The foveal thickness was measured by an optical coherence tomography（OCT）. It significantly decreased 30 days after treatment（p＜0.0001）. The findings show that intravitreal injection of triamcinolone may be effective for CME secondary to branch or central retinal vein occlusion.
