Abstract 文献概要

　目的：Wavefront-guided LASIKの際に，予定された照射術式で作製した検眼用レンズ（PreVue^TMレンズ）で術前視力を測定し，その有用性を評価する。症例と方法：LASIKを受ける18例34眼が対象。年齢は18～53歳で平均34.5歳，等価球面度数は-1.63から-6.5D，平均-3.74Dであった。本レンズで矯正した視力を，術前矯正視力，術後の裸眼と矯正視力と比較し，さらにアンケート調査を行った。結果：本レンズによる術前の矯正視力は全例で1.0以上であった。術後1か月での裸眼視力は，30眼（89％）で本レンズによる視力と同等またはそれ以上であった。術後矯正視力は，31眼（91％）で本レンズによる視力と同等またはそれ以上であった。結論：本レンズで矯正した術前視力は，必ずしも術後の視力と一致しなかった。しかし，85％以上の例で，術後視力が本レンズによる視力と同等またはそれ以上であったことから，wavefront-guided LASIKの安全性を事前に確認するのに本レンズは有用である。

Purpose：To evaluate the usefulness of PreVue^TMlens in wavefront-guided laser in situkeratomileusis（LASIK）. Cases and Methods：A total of 34 eyes of 18 cases were studied before and after wavefront-guided LASIK. The ages ranaged from 18 to 53 years,average 34.5 years. Their spherical equivalent refraction ranged from-1.63 to-6.5 diopters,average-3.74 diopters. The preoperative visual acuity（VA）corrected with the lens was compared with the pre-and post-operative VA. Results：VA corrected with the lens was 1.0 or better in all the eyes. Uncorrected VA one month after LASIK was the same or better than preoperative VA corrected with the lens in 30 eyes（89％）. Postoperative corrected VA was the same or better than VA corrected with the lens in 31 eyes（91％）. Conclusion：Preoperative VA corrected with the lens failed to exactly match the postoperative VA. As both VA values were the same in more than 85％of cases,the lens is useful in predicting the safety of wavefront-guided LASIK.
