片眼にIntra-LASIK，他眼に有水晶体眼内レンズ挿入術を行った1例

A case treated by Intra-LASIK in one eye and phakic intraocular lens in the other

要約　目的：1眼にIntra-LASIKを行い，角膜厚が不十分な他眼に虹彩支持型眼内レンズを挿入した症例の報告。症例：両眼に近視がある39歳女性がコンタクトレンズ装用が困難なため，角膜屈折矯正手術を希望して受診した。右眼に－9.75D，左眼に－7.50Dの近視があり，矯正視力は右1.5，左1.2であった。径6mmのフラップを作製した場合，術後の角膜厚が右377μm，左403μmと予想された。左眼にIntra-LASIKを行い，その翌日に右眼に虹彩支持型眼内レンズを挿入した。結果：術中・術後の経過は良好で患者は満足し，6か月後に右1.5，左1.5の裸眼視力を得た。結論：1眼にLASIKの適応があり，他眼が非適応の場合，1眼にLASIKを行い，他眼に虹彩支持型眼内レンズを挿入する方法が近視に対する有効な治療法となる可能性がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case who received Intra-LASIK in one eye and phakic intraocular lens（IOL）in the other. Case：A 39-year-old woman had difficulty with contact lens and wanted to receive refractive corneal surgery. She had myopia of －9.75 diopters right and －7.50 diopters left with corrected visual acuity of 1.5 right and 1.2 left. LASIK was contraindicated in her right eye due to insufficient corneal thickness. She then received Intra-LASIK in the left eye and phakic-IOL in the right. Results：The intra-and postoperative course was uneventful. Both eyes showed uncorrected visual acuity of 1.5 six months later. The patient is satisfied with the outcome. Conclusion：This case illustrates that LASIK in one eye and phakic-IOL in the fellow eye may be a practical treatment for bilateral myopia.
